Bella and Clare

One of my favorite things about being a momma. I just love how sweet these two are with each other.

 

   

More birthday!

After Bellas birthday party we went to McDs for lunch...her favorite. :)

After a much needed nap, we took Bella to Sweet Tomatoes for dinner and then home to open MORE presents from Mommy/Daddy and Grammie/Grandpa

 

A few days later Bella had her family party with the Durans.  She had gotten the “opening presents” thing down by then so she was ready to open each gift as soon as it came through the door.

Bella's 2nd Birthday

Bella turned 2 just two weeks after Clare was born.  Since I was recovering from my C-section still, we had a very very low key party at the park on her actual birthday.  Invitations were sent to a few friends and we had a nice little party.  We had snacks for all her friends, a piñata filled with Candy and toys, and super cute cupcake pops made by Brittany Sedley and Kristen Christopherson (Thanks guys!!!).  Décor was very minimal but a good time was had by all.  Mommy was exhausted and sore by the end.

At two years old, Bella:

Saying more and more words, putting 2 word sentences together
Loves to color
Loves her dollies
Loves her new baby sister and gives her a kiss and hug every night before bed
Loves to play with her kitchen and dishes and to pretend to serve food
Loves to go outside and play
Loves the park
Can tell you shes two but can’t quite keep her thumb down to show you the right number of fingers
Loves chicken nuggets and ketchup and will tell you exactly where she wants her ketchup
Loves to go to church and loves Nursery and her teacher

Can fold her arms when its time to say a prayer

Clare- The first few weeks pt. 2

 She is always smiling in her sleep!

 My mom and dad got here the day Clare was born and stayed for a little over 2 weeks.  We were so sad to see them go!
