Going Home from the Hospital!

We were finally released from the hospital after being there for 5 days (6 including the day before she was born). It was exciting and scary at the same time. We are going to have to take care of this cute baby all by ourselves!

One of my nurses walked me out as Thomas was loading the car with stuff. As we started walking out, she showed off our princess to her other nurse friends at the nurses station. They were all gawking at her as Thomas came back in from the car. They just loved her alertness, cuteness, and of course her fancy feather booties. She took one of our first family pictures. I wish we had gotten one with all of them!

Bella Jane Duran

Our sweet Bella Jane was born Wednesday, February 11th (my due date) at 7:13am. She is so beautiful and perfect, we just love her so much! We can't get enough of her. Here are some pictures of her from her few days of life.

2/3/09...39 weeks

I had my 39 week doctors appointment today. Not much has changed from last week except that I am now 30% effaced. I thought this baby would be coming early. Now I'm not so sure. I went shopping all day today in hopes that we would speed things along :). There was some good news...I will be induced on the 13th if no baby by then! There is light at the end of the tunnel!
