My baby is 1 year old! For Bella's birthday, we went to the zoo! It was her first time and she loved it. Grammie and Grandpa got Bella a tiger purse before we left. Perfect for the zoo! She walked around all day in her tutu. She was quite the site. Isn't that the cutest thing you've ever seen? (Full House anyone?)
She loved looking at all the animals, especially the birds because we could walk through their cages! Sometimes it was more interesting to look at the humans around her than the animals that were so far away.
Some of our favorite animals:
The petting cage was the best. She loved seeing the animals up close. The only problem was all the animals RAN away from her! It was hilarious. They didn't care if an adult came up to pet them or even an older child. Those dang goats and sheep knew a one year old was dangerous and to get away fast.
Then we came home to eat birthday dinner
and open presents...
She was so funny opening presents. She got really excited for each one and wanted to play with it. She was starting to get mad that we took each toy away so she could open the next gift.
and have some birthday pie.
And then off to bed to get some rest before her party the next day.

Amy-I just love your cute family! I love you guys! Loved looking at your adorable pictures. I never tire from looking at Bella's pictures. I loved looking at your decor in some of your pictures, too. Hee hee! You have quite the talent! You have some great ideas. Curtain position-was great. Books on piano to give a different level to decorate...great ideas!
